Initiatives

In order to give the employment to trainees and to give the computer education a complete length and width we decided to open the computer and training centers in different places. Organization has decided to work in field of information technology (Computer Education and software development) as giving the name to unit as DREAMS Infosys.

Programs

This unit will run its program under the guide line provided by DREAMS. Organization has opened few of branches of DREAMS Infosys and several branches are to be opened in different places of Uttarakhand. Mostly all computer training points will be centralized and controlled by single unit . Every student can get his detail and can submit his problem in internet. Maximum of centers will opened in village labels and these centers will also organize the task of VSS (Village Service Centre) where from lot of services can be set out and provided for the village people.

The Society Runs the one year, six months and three months certificate course computer and other than short duration courses in special packages for which the particular student want to join. Other than that Advanced courses are also run as language programs as C, C++, JAVA, Dot Net, SQL, Python etc. Society also run Vocational Training programs in association with other software companies who can assign students in running projects.

Other external programs

We have set the other external programs as plantation, symposiums, environmental tour etc as the project of students as they can collect the data in form of photographs and procedure of execution in terms of steps of programs and they have to prepare the project in PowerPoint and then in other function or program they have to present their project as they prepared.

The Society also Runs the coaching of all section of school going students in their selective subject. Other than that coaching for Common Competitive Examination and PCS coaching on basis of SPL(Self Phase Leaning) System is also organized for under graduate student to prepare them for competitive examination parallel to their graduation course so that they can prepare for the competition till completion of their graduation.

Self Phase Leaning System

This is the system in which self study is arranged and allow students to be performed. Question bank is made and practiced.

This is the Basic Concept Development Course under which those students are identified who have been jumped in higher classes as in class 8th and above but they do not have basic concept cleared and they use to suffer competitive examination.

Basic Concepts

The society invites them to join to clear their basic concept within a short period of time according to status evaluated while interviewed in beginning. In this program the students are helped the basic concept of Math, Physics, Chemistry and English as well as of computer. This program is very needful in hill areas where the education standard is very low and poor students are suffering from this problems as they could join the classes properly earlier or teacher do not work hard on students as they are very away of approach of observation.

DREAMS is affiliated by NYK hence in association with NYK, DREAMS has executed several programs as plantations, seminars, symposiums, games, skill development programs, competitive programs, kavi sammelan, cultural programs etc.

NYK Programs

Several Computer Based Programs are assigned by NYK to execute.

DREAMS Society took the idea of ELP as kept on doing the event programs time to time. Earlier students used to come to prepare their project assigned by their teacher as project on action work.

Creativity

We invite them to organize the event in their own under the guidance of our team as project on plantation, pollution, environment etc including presentation of that by inviting people whom they know, media, their teachers and relatives. We give them training how to organize the function and they do every step of function and make record for their school assigned task.

For the preparation of PCS(Preliminary Civil Services) for girls only, DREAMS has started a program on Ist July 2016 as PCS-SPL.

Preparation with College

As student completes her intermediate, invited for the preparation of PCS, making the same subjects in graduation and PCS both and the duration of course is 3 years as long as she will be there in college. As she will complete the graduation, she would have the good position of facing competition. IInd main thing is that Uttarakhand Govt. has set the provision of 30% reservation for girls. So it is motivated to student to work hard, making regularity, and the habit is framed to self study. The time period has been set for the PCS_SPL students 6.00 o’clock early in the morning.

Schedule with Structure

DREAMS has structured the Local Placement Cell in which locally organization, Institutions, Govt. Offices, Private organization, shop keepers, NGOs, etc might be required for the knowledgeable candidates in particular job, so they use to contact to our organization to available the candidate. Hence we started this LPC in which both needy candidates and organization are registered and we fulfill the need of those who need perfect employee by making perfection in our students under PP(Professional Practice) of two to 6 months after course completion.

Job Providers and Job Seekers.

Both Job providers and Job seekers are registered and required training is provided to students according to need of the company.

Those needy students are registered under this program so that they can be introduced in the Government Program in future in different schemes.

Provision.

A student can register by filling a FBP form of Rs 10.00. Generally SC/ST or Minority students are registered under this program.

Film Association for Cultural Extension

Art & Culture

This unit will work in field of Art & Culture under which Theater Act as play etc. Cultural activities as stage show at place to place Film development etc are to be performed. Under film development there might be Documentary Development related to the social topic Short film, Serials development for the channels etc.

Motivation of village people

Under this program initially it is aim to motivate the village people or farmers to cultivate their un-irrigated land and there will be provided the best of guidelines by interacting specialist regarding this field.
